A frog in the night rain jumps
singing his song of love
A wet spiders web with a ring of diamonds
sparkles
On the Plains the soft winds blow
Water trickles down the stream
Moss in a dark crag grows
A stone overturned
the worms there wriggle in the soft damp sand
A big black beetle with missing leg
circles circles around the round rock top
slips
falls
lies helpless on its back
waving useless fingers angrilly at heaven
A tree like a clown
bows to the wind
and rises up laughing
A Bug of the night
glows an instant of light
and mocks a distant star
